Enhanced marketing and exposure opportunities through FoodCalc:

• Landing page on the FoodCalc website.
• All client inquiries for consultant services to FoodCalc will be referred directly to the network.
• FoodCalc maintains and continues to grow strategic alliances with industry associations and complimentary service providers that help promote our success, some of these relationships include:
  • California Restaurant Association
  • Food Systems of America
  • Tundra Specialties

FoodCalc will focus its marketing efforts on promoting the network and bringing clients to its members. Marketing efforts will include:

• Industry trade shows.
• Online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Customer support referrals.

Additional marketing resources:

• FoodCalc will provide marketing materials to help you best promote your services and FoodCalc products.
• Free webinars to help you strategize and promote your business.
• Use of the FoodCalc logos and recognition as an authorized FoodCalc partner.

Use of the FoodCalc products:

• With FoodCalc’s online products you access your account from any computer with internet access.
• No updates.
• Technical support and training from FoodCalc staff.
• Continuously evolving features created specifically for the food industry.
• Access to an upcoming ingredient sharing wiki.

Revenue Opportunities:

• Set your own pricing with clients.
• Offer additional services through the FoodCalc network.
• Enjoy a revenue share for referrals that purchase FoodCalc products.

The Network:

• Unified platform from which to promote nutrition analysis services.
• Contact with other network members to collaborate and share experiences and ideas.
• This will be the first and only network of its kind.

RD NETWORK PRICING

Network Members' Costs to FoodCalc:

• One time start-up fee: $800
  Includes: FoodCalc landing page, marketing start-up kit, monthly webinar trainings, all marketing done by FoodCalc for the network, unlimited use of the FoodCalc solutions, and unlimited technical support from FoodCalc staff.
   
• Annual renewal fee: $450 (included in start-up fee for the first year)
  Covers continuous database updates, and costs associated with maintaining the network and solutions.
   
• Discounted Recipe Fees:

  $4 per recipe up to 99 recipes.
  $3 per recipe for purchase of 100+ recipes at a time.

  This fee covers recipe analysis and storage which includes disaster recovery backup.

Partner Revenue Opportunities:

• Nutrition Analysis Services

  Set your own pricing and payment policies with your clients. Partners may also offer additional services (i.e. recipe consultations, food safety analysis,…etc.) to clients generated through the network.

• Affiliate Sales Revenue Share:

  Partners who refer clients to FoodCalc product purchases will receive:

• 10% of all per recipe sales ($3.50 per MenuCalc recipe, and $17.50 per LabelCalc label)
• 15% of all unlimited sales ($240 per MenuCalc membership, and $375 per LabelCalc membership)

Founding Members:

• The start-up fee will be waived for all founding members. Founding members will also enjoy a discounted annual renewal fee.

Referrals:

Members will receive 20 free recipes for each RD they refer to the RD network and joins.
